Directory introductions and standard equipment ads carry no sales commission. We’re exploring separate fees when FarmDeck helps manage a transaction, under an agreement accepted before that work starts.

1%Proposed assisted equipment sales of $15,000 or more, on an eligible, attributable completed sale, capped at $2,500 per machine. Smaller sales use a standard listing.
These are discussion rates, not a checkout or an existing fee on your business. Assisted equipment terms would name one fee payer, define attribution, and exclude tax, freight, existing relationships and duplicate opportunities. A completed sale is confirmed by the seller’s report and a follow-up with the farmer. Refund adjustments and reporting would be agreed in writing. We would not charge both the manufacturer and dealer a success fee on the same sale. Any payment processing costs would be disclosed separately.
We’re starting with agricultural service businesses, including drone spraying and seeding operators, and local equipment and input dealers. Manufacturers and multi-location networks use a scoped project from $1,500. If you want a stronger business presence, planned promotion and a role in shaping the network, we’d like to hear from you. The founding offer covers the first 50 members.
How is this different from a free listing?+
A free listing is a listing only: your business, services, coverage and contact route in the directory and map. FarmDeck does not build a page, add evidence or reviews, or promote a free listing. Founding membership adds a customized, shareable page; evidence and research on up to 3 of your products or equipment items, and customer reviews, where available; promotion across Soil Health Exchange and FarmDeck; two seasonal updates; labeled paid visibility and additional matched requests; and direct feedback to the team.
How customized is the partner page?+
We build one business page using our shared design, adapted to your brand, services, photos, coverage and farmer inquiry needs, with product and equipment evidence and customer reviews where available. You review the content before publication. Bespoke software, large product catalogs and multi-location network projects are scoped separately. If membership ends, your free directory listing remains; the customized page and paid promotion end under the agreed terms.
How do the annual price and renewals work?+
Membership is $399, billed annually. Your founding rate stays locked while continuously subscribed, along with the scope in your written agreement. Evidence for more than 3 products or equipment items is $149 per item, per year. We share the scope, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before you join. Payment is due 30 days after invoice under those written terms. Contact us before renewal if you wish to end membership.
Do you charge for leads or take a share of my jobs?+
There are no per-lead fees, including at renewal. Work you arrange directly after a directory introduction is commission-free. Any future service fee applies only to the first booking between a farmer and your business. Future marketplace transactions or an optional assisted equipment sale would need a separate accepted agreement before any transaction fee applies.
What can I expect from promotion and requests?+
We commit to the agreed placements and updates. Promotional inclusions may feature several relevant businesses together. Views, inquiries and jobs depend on farmer needs and activity, so a particular volume is not guaranteed. Farmer-selected requests are free; eligible additional requests can reach up to 3 matching members. Paid placement is labeled and is separate from checks of licenses or insurance.
Do I need to replace my website or use FieldLog?+
Keep your existing website; your FarmDeck page links to it and gives you another place to share your work. FieldLog is in pilot. Future integrations are part of our direction, and participation is optional.
